The trip!! :)

Zdrast-vuy-te/sain bai-na uu/ni hao/hello!!!
Here's my itinerary:
May 21st-St Petersburg (arrival and Champions League final to be watched in a bar on Nevsky Prospect-sample a few local beers)
May 22-St Petersburg (Church on the Spilled Blood, The Hermitage and St Issac's Cathedral) Board the overnight (8 hour) train to Moscow at 10pm
May 23rd-May 24th-Moscow (The Kremlin, St Basils Cathedral, Lenins tomb etc). Catch the metro to Yaroslavsky station, starting point of the Trans Siberian railway)
May 25th-27th-Trans Iberian railway. Through Omsk, Tyumen and Ekateringberg to name but a few. Few vodkas!!
May 28th-Irkutsk(Allegedly the Paris of the East-will my husband be hiding there?)
May 29th-May 31st Lake Baikal (hiking/bike riding/avoiding ticks and generally staring at an amazing landscape whilst listening to mp3 and chilling) Back on the Trans Siberian railway...
June 1st-2nd-Ulan Ude (to see Lenins huge head statue)!! Buddhist Datsan hunting.
June 3rd-Ger Camp (aha, chill-a-mungo in Mongolian ger with goats and eating my pot noodle as not eating weird stuff)!!
June 4th-5th-Ulaan Baatar (cyber cafe hunting so expect facebook hits/updates on here and haggling for mini Mongolian goats etc for my beautiful house). Early morning departure on the Trans Manchurian railway to Beijing.
June 6th-8th-Beijing (also D-Day-I will be keeping it H stylee). Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City on the 6th and the Great Wall at Badaling (subject to change) on the 7th. Fly home on the 8th :(
I will have limited internet access whilst away so will update as much as possible. Wont be taking camera to pc attachment so will have to take my word for it about the amazing things that I have seen.
